Disney Dreamlight Valley Villager Timetable: Every Sleep, Store, and Restaurant Schedule

Tracking down a specific resident in Disney Dreamlight Valley can be surprisingly difficult. Villagers constantly move between their homes, the Valley’s different biomes, Scrooge McDuck’s shop, and the available restaurants.

That can become a problem when a Friendship Quest requires a conversation, when a character needs to receive a favorite gift, or when players want to assign a companion before starting a resource-gathering session.

The timetable below reorganizes every available character by franchise and related groups rather than following the game’s usual recruitment order or a standard alphabetical list.

Why Villagers May Temporarily Disappear From the Valley

Each resident follows an individual routine. When characters are resting at home, players may be unable to speak with them until their sleeping period ends. Outside those hours, villagers usually wander through unlocked areas or visit one of the Valley’s main businesses.

Not every character follows the same rules. Scrooge McDuck remains inside his store throughout the day, while Merlin and The Forgotten do not have scheduled sleeping hours. Other residents, including Ariel, Ursula, Buzz Lightyear, and Woody, do not normally appear inside the shop or restaurant.

Some schedules are also tied to particular days. Peter Pan changes his store and restaurant visits throughout the week, while Rapunzel follows a slightly different restaurant routine on Saturdays.

How to Use the Schedule for Quests and Friendship Levels

The easiest time to interact with a villager is usually while they are walking around the Valley. During that period, players can deliver gifts, begin conversations, progress quests, or ask the character to hang out.

Restaurant visits can also be useful because ordering the requested meal provides additional Friendship experience. Combining restaurant orders with daily discussions, favorite gifts, and companion activities can significantly reduce the time required to reach Friendship Level 10.

Before beginning a quest that involves several residents, checking their routines can prevent delays caused by one of them returning home. This is especially valuable for characters with daytime sleeping schedules or limited public appearances.
